About Us

We are translational research scientists focused on making health assessment and biological age metrics accessible for everyone.

Shabnam Salimi, MD, MSc, FAHA

Dr. Shabnam Salimi, MD, MSc, is the CEO of Health Octo Genome and a translational physician-scientist whose research focuses on biological aging as a fundamental mechanism underlying chronic disease. She integrates personalized health data with multi-omics approaches—including metabolomics, proteomics, genetic sequencing, and epigenetics—to better understand how aging affects organ systems across the lifespan. As the developer of the Health Octo Tool, a digital platform designed to assess organ-specific health patterns and biological aging metrics, Dr. Salimi translates cutting-edge aging science into accessible, actionable health insights to support proactive, personalized approaches to healthy aging for individuals, clinicians, and researchers.
